I had really bad nausea when I first went on the b/c , after being diagnosed with PCO. I think it was because my testosterone level was so high. I still occasionally have occasions when I get nausea, that I have never had before I was on a b/c pill. These occasions are usually around 5-6 days before my period starts/ I start taking the non active pills. If the nausea sensation is debilitating call your MD and ask for a different b/c pill. They can give you a pill that will cause you less nausea and eventually transition you back to the one you are on now. Or maybe the one your on now isn’t right for you.
