It’s sort of post-CAD.  Just cut out all rice, pasta and breads.  Eat low-insulin responding veggies.  Cut the carbs out. Have your insulin tested, both fasting and an hour after you’ve eaten.  If you come up over 20 on fasting, you’re in the gray area [25 is considered high in the lab I used] and random depends on the lab…I think the gray area starts at 50 and mine was 84. My husband dropped 15 pounds in one month.  We can have custard, and all kinds of naughty foods, just once a day.  We tried having sticky buns with breakfast once, but I guess after your levels start to go down, you can really tell the difference…I got *so* sick, I never want to have them again! m ——————————————————- In the beginning there was the Word.     And the Word was Chocolate.       And it was good…        Confections, 1.5 ounces, 240 calories.
