NEED INFERTILITY DOC IN ATLANTA

We have recently moved to Atlanta. I am looking for an Infertility Doc to start up with. Has anyone had success with: Drs. Carpenter,Murphy, Namnoum, and Rock OR Drs. Elsner and Kort.? Please share your stories/successes. Thanks ahead of time. DDELR42551

When i started my search in Atlanta, I was told to avoid Dr. Elsner. I called last month and set up an apt with Dr. Ana Murphy (murphy is a common last name, is this the same one?) for Sept 9th. If you keep in touch with me, I’ll let you know how it goes. Also, I’d love to get together with Atlanta people sometime – might be nice to have a support system/get togethers. We’re in Peachtree Corners/Norcross if it matters. I posted this back to the group as well because I’m hoping someone else will have info on Dr. Murphy to share. We’ve been going to Dr. Hasty, who is absolutely wonderful, but changed insurance and can’t afford to pay out of pocket so much. I have been seeing Dr. Elsner for four years. I have a two year old son due to her. Now we are back in treatment. I have PCO, she did a lap in 9/94 with ovarian drilling and removed a lot of scar tissue. I got pregnant on a natural cycle in 5/95 (two months after a simulated cycle). Dr. Elsner did another lap in 12/97 with ovarian drilling and removed scar tissue, again. I do ovulate on my own. We are getting ready to try a simulated cycle in the next few weeks. Dr. Elsner is with Southeastern Fertility Institute and Reproductive Biology Associates. This clinic is world renown. They are only closed two days a year. Their web page is www.rba-online.com.
