You may not have any signs of ovulation (I feel it only about half of the time). You are still early, though, because the *average* length of time from hCG shot to ovulation is 36 hours. The last time I did such a shot, I ovulated about 38 hours later. Some women take longer, some shorter. Good luck. Beth

I took the HCG shot yestersay morning (22 hrs ago). To see if it was working, I took an LH ovul. predictor this morning and it was negative. Does this mean the HCG isn’t working? Do I still have a hope of ovulating from the HCG? Please help- I don’t want this whole cycle to be a waste

Ovulation kits don’t test HCG levels.
