Sore Breasts??
Question:
Hi Karen I sure hope that it is pg — but I have to warn you, my breasts get super sore whenever I have good progesterone levels. I always get excited — and AF always comes! Anyway, I sure hope that for you, sore breasts are an early pg symptom! I send lots of positive energy your way

Hi, One possibility to sore breasts could be elevated prolactin levels. I was prescribed a medication to decrease prolactin production. Ask your doctor about this. A simple blood test will let you know. Michelle C. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -Hi, I have been ttc for over three years. I have mild pco and do not ovualte or menstrate regularly. I haven’t been on any treatments in the last three months. My question is I have had very strange feelings almost aching in my breasts for the last week. AF is due in another two days if it decides to come this month and I was wondering what you thought might be the reason for the sore breasts? I have never experienced this before, the only other time I experience sore breasts is when I’m taking clomid, hcg injects….Thanks for your time. Karen

sore breasts could be in response to progesterone in your bloodstream. My breasts are often more sore when my post ovulatory temp is higher than ussual. It could be my imagination, but I think it’s due to elevated projesterone. That’s a good thing. Lee ttc 8 mo w DI 1 mc

My period isn’t due for another couple of days, so of course I couldn’t help myself and I tested with a hpt and it was neg. I know it’s too early. But what else could be causing the soreness?? Karen
