still fatigued,problems with nurse
Question:
Thanks, but she’s really the only endo that’s probably any good here.Today though I had the receptionist call the dr.at home since she only works half a day and she was real nice.I told her the nurse had told me to wait and talk to the dr.I know our ins.is high.I’m changing.Mine was going up to $350 a month and I am going with the Texas Risk Pool and it’ll be 300,but pre-exis.will be covered.Robin In article <VG7p5.44223$_s1.543…@typhoon.ne.mediaone.net>, "Goodygal" <tkd-li…@mediaone.net> wrote: – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> No problem. Another thing to keep in mind is that just because someone "looks" like a certain race, doesn’t mean he/she isn’t of mixed race. Race is really irrelevant, anymore. -L. Wendy Edwards <wedwa…@uiuc.edu> wrote in message

No problem. It seems as though half of the general practitioners out there are as unknowledgeable as the nurse is. Ignore her, and go through someone else, even if it means you have to tell them that you want another nurse to handle your visits, or schedule an appointment for an alternate time, opposite her apparent regular shift, when it is unlikely that she won’t be there. We pay TOO much for health insurance, and although these doctors (and nurses) have committed their time and resources into learning medicine, they are still probably better paid than the most of us, and we have a choice in who we give our money too. Good luck to you. Linda Robin Ortiz <robinortiz…@yahoo.com> wrote in message

I love my endo, but the nurse has to go.She’s a black lvn and hard to deal with and not educated.I asked her to call in my progesterone in oil Mon.that I would need it by Thurs.so Thurs.I called and she said she still hadn’t found out if I need to ruduce my dose.My level went up to 47 and I am moody on it and get depressed when coming off it.I told her I wanted to do the shot before going to work, but she couldn’t ask the dr.so I took it with me.She called me and said to keep it the same,1cc.I had some left over, but she didn’t know that. She said she would wait till the pharmacy called her to get refills. Why not just call it in?I asked her about the fatigue and she said well, your tsh is normal and your stool speciman is normal not loosing blood.I said what are you going to test next,my iron,b-12 etc.?She said we would wait to ask the dr.meanwhile I have to suffer.I asked her to have the dr.call me,but she said we could wait.I wanted to ask her about the ovarian drilling and lap.which I now know I don’t need. — Robin ttc#1-3yrs.on 3rd Dr.,pco since puberty on Metformin,B6,soy lecithin, robitussin, baby asparin, progesterone, evening primrose charting temps and mucous Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
