new to all of this
Question:
Hi From reading everyone else’s mailing etc, I’ve assumed that most are from America, I’m from the UK, and have found it all fascinating. I was diagnosed PCOS 8 years ago and symptoms have progressively worsened over those years. I’m due to go to my Doctor soon and was wondering if anyone knew of a single article that I could get hold of which would explain the links between, PCOS, insulin resistance/intolerance, low carbing etc. The reason I ask for a single article is that I’ll be lucky to see the doctor for more than 10 minutes and I have to make my case not only informed but fast. Hope someone can help Thanks Liz
