Will I ovulate (late)this cycle? Clomid and growth question

The egg will mature at least at the size of 18mm and endo lineing at least 10. You have a way to go. You could ovulate at 14, 16, 18, 20 or 22. I sometime ovulate soon and sometime later like 19th. You use the OPK and blood work and U/S. It should work out very well for you to determine when you ovulate. Take a easy and Good Luck. Ann

I’m also on clomid. I’m not seeing a specialist, just an ob. But in the past I have seen a specialist, and they never suggested the temp. method. But now that is what I use to predict ovulation. It took 7 months with my son, and now I’m trying again. It worked with my son and maybe between the tests and temp you will feel more confident in proper prediction.

taking clomid ovul. day 19 this month . i know it shocked me but it does tend to delay cycle esp. if taken dy 5-9.

I am at day 16 now. 150 clomid with .25 dexamethosone. I have PCOS but am not overweight, just facial hair. Yesterday i had vaginal ultrasound. They said it might be too soon for ovulation. Is that possible? i had many follicles the biggest was 11 and the endo lining in uterus was a 5. Could it be to soon? They took blood work FRi and said they could check by the results if i was going to ovulate. What are they looking for. Did anyone ovulate on day 18-20? They RE office never called me back. I am upst and dont know if i should continue with teh dexamethosone OPK or what please help. Thanks

Ovulation probably won’t occur until the largest follicle is greater than 18mm. They can grow 2-3 mm per day, so you have a while, yet. Also, 5mm is too thin for lining right now, but it should get thicker. It is very apparent that you aren’t ready to ovulate yet. << They took blood work FRi and said they could check by the results if i was going to ovulate. What are they looking for. Could be E2, LH, P4…..any or all. << Did anyone ovulate on day 18-20? Oh sure! Clomid tends to delay ovulation, and I’ve ovulated Day 19. I know many who have ovulated after day 20, << They RE office never called me back. I am upst and dont know if i should continue with teh dexamethosone OPK or what Can’t help you there, sorry.
