What about your voice?

Question:

Great question! I am a singer also…thanks for bringing this up!

Response:

I am a professional singer, and am hesitating to take any medications for this condition because I am afraid it might mess up my voice.  Has anyone noticed a change in their speaking or singing voices since taking medication?  Thanks.

Hope that helps! —Elizabeth

I am taking Metformin (for 2 mths now), it hasn’t affected my voice at all. I am the assistance children’s choir director at my church and I haven’t noticed any changes in my voice since taking it.  The only thing that messes with my voice is my allergies, drainage really kills the vocals.   :) .
