An Idea For " The Wait" ! Wooo Whooo!

Hi , its me again! Ive decided what to do in this next ‘two week wait’… I will make Halloween decor! Yep, Im gonna go to the craft store tonite, and get enuf stuff for 8 items, and begin the day after IUI! By the time the two weeks (11 days) is up, Ill have my Halloween decorations! (( lost what I had during moving )) Lemme know what ya all think! And for Oct/Nov,,, if no pg,, Ill do it for Thanksgiving too! And for Nov/Dec… if no pg,,Ill go nuts! LOL No, Ill do Christmas stuff! That sounds like a great idea! My strategy is to figure out something I want to do and then do it if the result of the pregnancy is negative – it gives me something to look forward to either way. We are doing IVF, so it is not an every month event. Last time my "gift" was to get my hair foiled (partly to cover the grey that this IF has caused me). This time it will be "significant" drinking on our trip to Europe at the end of Sept – we will find out about 4 days before we leave. GREAT idea!!! I started backwards. started my christmas stuff first. Well, some of it. I painted little ceramic ornaments. each one with my nieces and nephews names on them. I usually tie them onto their gifts but I think this year I’m giving them to my grandparents. My next goal is Halloween….. Laura

Re the Walmart postings: I was just thinking this morning : "It’s my day off today.. it’s rainy… Maybe I’ll take a run over to Walmart." Great minds must think alike. LOVE their craft dept. I’ve got a silly web site that I run… lots of silly wav files, cartoons, etc..(It’s a silly site but I get about 3,00 hits/day. Go figure. Babybabee: Sounds like a great idea! I’ve never visited here before. Just stopped in to read. Not quite sure what all of the acronyms stand for yet. I have been ttc 3 years w/o medical help, 9 months w/medical help 3 unsuccessful IUI’s w/Chlomid Lap scheduled for 10/15 Need to chat with others. What does ment mean? I love making crafts.
