I usually don’t weigh in until Friday, but I sneaked a peek this morning because I had been totally off my plan on Saturday. We went out to dinner with the in-laws and I treated myself, since we rarely go out anymore. To my dismay, I am up 2 lbs. today. The reason I’m bummed is because I really worked hard the past 3 weeks and lost 6 lbs. Then with one day of indiscretion, I put 1/3 of it back! It’s just not fair! Thanks for listening. Tina

Tina, I don’t blame you for being bummed but hang in there. Wait until Friday and then weigh yourself again. Don’t be tempted to eat fewer calories than you need. Is your TOM due? That makes a big difference in weight. We’re here for you. Wow, I can’t believe how many people responded to me. This really is a supportive group! Thank you so much, I feel better tonight. I was determined to keep up with my program and see what happens, and I feel good that I didn’t go on a binge this time. And Raven, no, it isn’t my TOM. That will be next week’s crisis! :) I didn’t realize how many posts this group generates. My eyes are bugging out and I still have over 100 to go. Thanks again for your compassion. Tina

Don’t be too hard on yourself, it happens to all of us sometime. Getting back on track is the most important thing. But you are right it is not fair, it should be a lesson for next time, but it still happens to me. Jeans? What are they? LOL I’m not at that point yet. I tried on some of my old ones from the time when I thought I could never get any bigger and they definitely don’t fit! I think I have to give it another couple months. Tina
