Cancelled cycle…AF

I was just wondering if AF will arrive as normal after a cancelled cycle of gonal-f (8 days…no HCG shot) or might I have to take something to bring it on? Any similar circumstances. Thanks, Shelley

Hi Shelley, Most likely AF will show up on her own in a couple of weeks. If she doesn’t come within about three, you may want to call your doctor. Sorry your cycle was cancelled! That’s just not fair, to have all the shots and b/w and then have to stop…. Best wishes! Paula

Hi Shelley, It depends on the individual. I had a cancelled Gonal-F cycle last month after 9 days of meds. I have PCOS and I had to take Provera in order to get started for this month. My situation is similar. Got a neg. beta after IVF last Wed. Re said AF should show up within four days. So I took my last prog. IM six days ago and still no AF.. What are everyone else’s experiances after a neg. BETA and IVF?
