Kim, We have talked before, when we were both pg (and you about to have your little guy & sleeping in the recliner). I seem to recall that you are also a DI & PCOS family, like DH and I. I am trying again on Clomid + Pergonal and was wondering what your Clomid + Gonal-F protocol was like. I realize they’re not quite the same drug, but I do want to learn about the way other people do clomid+hMG. Thanks! Beth

Has anyone ever taken both clomid and gonal-f in the same cycle? My doctor is going to do that this time. I am a little nervous. Any experiences or words of wisdom? Julie
I was supposed to try this on my next IVF cycle, which would have been two years ago…but I never got to that. This was a sort of "new" protocol at the time. My doctor was very hopeful that it would make me a better responder (me with the old eggs)…so I’ll be anxious to see how it works for you. -trisha93

I used both clomid and follistim in the same cycle with IUI — and in my first cycle I was successful! Prior to that I had used clomid for 5 months, one with IUI with no success. Good luck! Lisa
