Clomid and Mood Swings
Question:
I had horrible hot flashes and mood swings with my 2 rounds of Clomid (6 months each + and extra month thrown in there at the last round) My husband never knew what kind of a mood I would be. Bless his soul! He was patience with me. Wendy

I just finished taking my Clomid for this cycle and got my LH surge yesterday. Now the 2 week wait!!! The last day I took Clomid and a day or two after I finished, I noticed I was depressed in the afternoons. I figured it was from the Clomid so I didn’t worry too much about it. Luckily for me it only lasted a couple of days. Hope this is your lucky cycle!!!!! I feel EXACTLY the same and it is awful. I have to try really hard at times not to lose my temper irrationally or break down and cry or faint with the dizziness. The things we do……..
Good luck Ell

I’ve only taken one cycle of Clomid but I had horrible mood swings when I did take it. Boy was I glad we were on vacation from work and I wasn’t around very many people. I’ll be taking a 100mg cycle of Clomid as soon as I finally start. I’ve been through 2 rounds of Provera and still haven’t started yet. CC

Hello. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this newsgroup. Tonight, I’m starting my third round of clomid. My happy anticipation of when I started my first round has subsided. The effort it takes to create a baby is building a foundation of stress in my bedroom. How have you coped? Finally, I’ve been suffering some mood swings lately. Up to down, giddy to depressed. Depressed (or giddy) for days on end without an provocation. My therapist suggests that it is the hormone property of Clomid. Have any of you experienced this? Thank you for listening. — Rocki find out something new: http://members.tripod.com/PacificLib/PCOS.html http://members.tripod.com/PacificLib/pacific_library1.html ———–== Posted via Deja News, The Discussion Network ==———- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Discuss, or Start Your Own
