cycter information idea

Question:

I was thinking a little bit about how we can share some info.  I have seen something like this on the low carb news group, and find it nice. Anyway here is an expansion I can think of.  I start posting mine, please join to do so.  It only makes sense to us, and other will not know what it stands for. 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/256 age/height/number of children-not trying to get pregnant(use t if you are)/medication and amount on/starting weight/current weight — Kahtarina dav…@german-usa.com 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/256

I think that’s a great idea!  Here goes! Jenn Marsh 25/5.10/C0-nt/Ortho/306/292.5 Perhaps we can cut out the height part and maybe just name the drug, not the dosage since I have no clue what my doseage is.  :)  Just to make it a bit smaller? – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -Katharina wrote: > I was thinking a little bit about how we can share some info.  I have > seen something like this on the low carb news group, and find it nice. > Anyway here is an expansion I can think of.  I start posting mine, > please join to do so.  It only makes sense to us, and other will not > know what it stands for. > 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/256 > age/height/number of children-not trying to get pregnant(use t if you > are)/medication and amount on/starting weight/current weight > — > Kahtarina > dav…@german-usa.com > 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/256

I feel that the weight shows how well you are responding to met or even low carbing.  I’ve sure that it will also make us pround of any weightloss.  We may leave the weight open, so people can decide for themselves.  It’s an idea afterall.  We may should add lc for carbing. OK, here’s my info: 28/5′9”/nt(yet)/met1500/244/211 Should we add how long we’ve been on medication?  I’ve been on Metformin from end of Feb, but had started low-carbing a month earlier – my total weight loss is due to both factors. Helen

I started to wonder too.  I do watch my carbs, but I have to admit I ate bananas (high in carbs), and still have lost weight.  I guess it is important to watch out for carbs, rather than deleting them out of our diet.  The balance is important, and we should watch for carbs since we know that we do respond to them. — Katharina dav…@german-usa.com 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/255

I lost the first 30 pounds of my weight loss eating the diabetic diet which has plenty of carbs, but I did not start ovulating again until I started low carbing. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -Katharina wrote: > LEGGGS wrote: > > I have found that I lose the same amount of weight if I low carb or not..so I > > just eat what I want in smaller portions…plus I lost my sweet tooth! > > Especially my love for chocolate and Pop Tarts > > 37/5′6"/nt/2000Met/100Aldactone/312/242 > I started to wonder too.  I do watch my carbs, but I have to admit I ate > bananas (high in carbs), and still have lost weight.  I guess it is > important to watch out for carbs, rather than deleting them out of our > diet.  The balance is important, and we should watch for carbs since we > know that we do respond to them. > — > Katharina > dav…@german-usa.com > 35/5.9/C0-nt/met1500/262/255

Oh also my blood pressure did not move into the optimal range until I started low carbing.  8 years ago I weighed 13 pounds less and had high blood pressure.
