Question:

I’m kind of new here I usually read to get updates for some friends I know with pco but however I think I may have it ,   not sure .I was wondering if anyone could give me some web sites about the diets that you  talk so much about .I won’t need them until after aug. because I’m preg and won’t need to diets until then .

There is also a link at the top of all of the pages called "Cyster Sites"…those are websites maintained by other cysters…many of whom are on various low-carb diets for PCOS.  Their experiences should give you "personal" insight to dieting and pcos.
