Allison– You need to have your levels checked before determining if you have pcos. In particular, have them check your LH/FSH ratio. Hi Alison I Pco and had terrible trouble getting a diagnosis. I get spots and am overweight but I seem to ovulate and have a regular cycle. my periods also sound very like yours. I have been trying sine Jan 1994 and had diatharmy done in Dec which seems to be unsuccessful. We are going for private IUI treatment soon because I have been on the waiting list at Glasgow Royal for over 1 Year so here’s hoping. Kath
