Moving to Dallas – need a doc

Question:

Hi all, I’m going to be moving to Dallas in a short while and leaving behind my PCOS-friendly endo here in Houston.  If anyone knows of a great doc in Dallas, could you please forward me his/her information? Thanks, Kris "Those cats are not an acceptable substitute for grandchildren." – my mom

Response:

It might be wise to ask the MD you trust for a referral.  Often times this can ease the transition between two locations. Best of Luck Marcia

Response:

YES! I actually do know of one.  I haven’t gone to see her yet, but she’s a family physician who practices in north Irving.  She takes a more holistic approach and I’ve heard that she *does* prescribe met. Her name is Dr. Stephanie Elmore.  There is a list at onelist.com for women with PCOS in the D/FW area, and that’s where I got my info about this doctor.  If you need more specifics about her phone number or something, email me!
