PCOS and Allergies
Question:
I have suffered with seasonal allergies and allergies to certain animals (even my own non-shedding dogs sometimes) over the years, and now that you’re all talking about it, I am remembering that my allergies have been worse when I was not on birth control pills. I was on them for 6 years, from 19-25 years old, and had NO allergy problems then. Now that I’ve been off for a few years, and on Clomid and other medications, my allergies have been so bad. I have to sleep with an air purifier in my bedroom and no longer let my doggies in bed with me (luckily, they are adjusting quite nicely!) I’m sure there is a link between allergies and PCOS. It causes so many other systems in our bodies to malfunction, there’s no reason to believe it would leave out the immune system. Have a great weekend everyone, Jennifer

Spring is around the corner and that is when I suffer most. It all depends on what you are allergic to. I have had miserable allergies since I was a child. I’m allergic to to grass, mold, tress, flowers ANYTHING green, mold, dust and nearly all animal dander. It’s worst in the spring. I have the exact same allergies. Is it PCOS related? Jen Good things come to those who wait
